Edible Garden

What are Edible Plants?

Herbs and veggies, of course.  How are “edible gardens” different than vegetable gardens? Generally, edible gardens have flowers and food interplanted. This is beneficial because: insects and diseases do not easily find their plant of choice to attack because they are not planted in rows resulting in fewer chemicals needed. These gardens are not only beautiful, but functional!
